We would like to thank you most sincerely for choosing Connemara Maths Academy for your children this summer. We are very much looking forward to welcoming all our students, new and returning, to our camps.
We ask parents to click on this link (which will open in a new tab) and complete the Registration Form.
Balance Payments are due from the end of May and can be made through our website on the Booking page. An invoice for the balance will be sent to your email address, from which the balance can be processed. (Please check your spam folder if not in your inbox.)
There is also an option to select the Balance Payment Only option on our booking page which can be accessed directly from out booking page if this is more convenient. There are no additional charges applied when paying.
We also accept direct bank transfers.

1. Arrival/Departure Times.
Arrival time is Sunday 7pm. Departure is Saturday 1pm. Presentation (20 minutes) at 12:20 on final day for family & friends. For the shorter 5 night camp August 2nd – 7th at Rockwell, the presentation is at 4.20pm and departure is at 5pm.
Students staying two weeks or more continue with workshops & activities as normal etc.
For the shorter 5 night camp at Rockwell August 2nd – 7th departure is at 5pm with a presentation at 4.20pm.
2. Items to bring include:
Spare towel, old pair of shoes/trainers for water based activities, sports gear, sunblock, anorak/waterproof jacket, swimming gear. We supply all equipment and gear for activities and workshops.
3. Airport Transfers & Travel Documentation.
For our international students using our Airport Transfer service, documentation will be sent to parents to print, sign, scan and return by email to CMA. This document, which includes flight details gives permission to CMA staff to collect students at the airport and bring them to our camp and to return students to airport following the camp’s completion. Documentation is usually prepared two-three weeks prior to departure. Parents are asked to send the flight details as soon as they have them, and students should have boarding pass/airline tickets for return journey (international students). Please note that unaccompanied minors will have to have Indemnity Forms completed. Your airline will provide these forms for you. It is very important to contact your airline to check what their protocols are. It is essential that these forms are completed and ready before departure.
Citizens of the EU relying on the EU Health Insurance should bring their EHIC insurance card with them. EU Citizens with private health insurance should send a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org
Non EU Citizens & Students from outside the EU must carry travel & health insurance with them and send a copy to email@example.com
6. Communications during Camp
There is fast WiFi at both camps and students will have opportunity to go online to call or send messages to their parents and receive calls from parents. Parents can also call the office to arrange a time to speak with their children.
All devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops etc) are collected on the first day at 10.30pm. Devices are returned to students in the morning for one hour 8.30-9.30 am. This rule is strictly applied without exception.
