Documentation is usually prepared two-three weeks prior to departure. Parents are asked to send the flight details as soon as they have them, and students should have boarding pass/airline tickets for return journey (international students). We ask parents to forward the flight details as soon as they have them to email@example.com Further important information regarding Airport Transfers is available here: Airport Transfer
Please note that unaccompanied minors will have to have Indemnity Forms completed. Your airline will provide these forms for you. It is very important to contact your airline to check what their protocols are. It is essential that these forms are completed and ready before departure.
